Research depth over quick wins. We're building for the long term, which means investing time in understanding problems deeply before jumping to solutions. We value exploration, experimentation, and the patience to iterate until we get things right.
Small, focused team. We're deliberately keeping our team small during this phase. This allows for the flexibility to pursue promising directions without organizational overhead. Everyone works closely with leadership and has significant influence on our research direction.
Remote and flexible. What matters is the quality of your thinking and your contributions to our research, not when or where you work. We have regular synchronous touchpoints for collaboration, but the majority of work happens on your own schedule.
Who we're looking for
We're seeking people who are genuinely excited about the research challenges in agentic AI systems. This might be your background in machine learning and LLM architectures, your experience building complex distributed systems, or your deep understanding of software engineering principles. What matters most is intellectual curiosity and the ability to work on difficult problems without clear solutions.
